Requirements
- 8+ years of Partner Success experience, with 6+ years leading dynamic teams
- Proven success in driving business results, measurable by client retention, expansion, and revenue growth
- Strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM, analytics, and success platforms
- Experience thriving in a dynamic, hyper-growth company balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and health systems
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop our scaling Partner Success team, promoting individual professional growth to stimulate team performance
- Uplevel existing team performance by implementing process improvements, playbooks, and best practices for partner relationships in partnership with Director of Partner Strategy and Operations
- Establish and track KPIs for partner health, retention, and revenue expansion using data-driven decision-making
- Work closely with sales, product, marketing, and more internal teams to align partner success strategies with company goals
- Provide partner feedback to the product and engineering teams to ensure our solutions evolve to meet market demands
- Support go-to-market initiatives and identify opportunities for partner-driven revenue growth
- Serve as an escalation point for the team to support them in driving engagement and satisfaction with their partners
- Ensure attainment of engagement growth goals and other KPIs. Deliver related reporting and recommendations.
