Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience managing SEO, content production, or growth projects at scale for a B2B brand
- Understanding of on-page SEO best practices, with proven success driving organic search traffic in a competitive space
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex instructions in a way that’s clear, concise, and easy to understand
- Familiarity with using generative AI for topic research, content production, and other business use cases
- Proficiency with data analytics, with an ability to draw key insights and identify trends
- Demonstrated ability to manage agencies, freelancers, or similar resources to hit content production goals
- Strong organization skills, with a proven history of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of resourcefulness, with a track record of being a fast learner who’s comfortable with ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Design automated SEO research and content production workflows using agentic AI
- Manage the SEO content production pipeline, with the goal of shipping new and updated content daily
- Constantly test and update prompts, context, and overall workflows to improve quality and adapt to changes
- Work with programmatic content vendors and agencies to supplement internal production efforts
- Leverage Ramp data to generate truly unique content and solidify our authority as a leader in the space
- Analyze performance data and iterate your approach based on results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using a headless CMS like Sanity, Contentful, Payload, etc.
- Experience with implementing LLM workflows within business contexts
- Familiarity with GTM automation tools like Retool, Zapier, Copy.ai, AirOps, etc.
- Experience with SQL, Python, JavaScript, or a strong willingness to learn
- Experience owning a traffic, pipeline, or revenue goal
