Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in sales, procurement, and business development within the advertising, media, or marketing industries.
- Demonstrated ability to secure $5M+ AOR deals and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of creator marketing, social media advertising, and influencer partnerships.
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven expertise in navigating procurement processes and building procurement-friendly strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
- A strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and use data effectively to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communicator and active listener. A natural storyteller who is able to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexibility to travel to our NY headquarters once per quarter and to clients as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy
- Focus on securing high-value multi-year AOR partnerships
- Successfully navigate complex procurement processes, developing tailored strategies to address individual client needs
- Drive the entire sales process, from identifying prospects and delivering compelling pitches to successfully closing deals.
- Develop and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth and accurate forecasting.
- Partner with internal teams across strategy, creative, measurement, and operations to align on business goals and deliver seamless client experiences.
