Requirements
- Outgoing and cooperative to work cross-functionally
- Project Management skills
- Knowledge of Excel, pivot tables and SharePoint
- Willing to learn from and interface with manufacturing engineering, operations, new product development, and facilities teams
- Good analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Lead project(s) to further develop and deploy the Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System (EHSMS) at the site
- Participate in multi-disciplined Hazard Assessments (examples: Ergonomics, New Chemical, New Chemistry, Management of Change)
- Support the site’s Sustainability goals
- Projects will depend on background of candidate selected. Potential projects include: SharePoint site enhancement and development, Process Safety deployment
Preferred Qualifications
- Desired Major: Safety, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, Information Technology
- Graduating in Fall 2025 or later
