Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong technical background (CS degree, engineering experience, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, APIs, or infrastructure products (or relevant industry expertise)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system architecture, and cloud technologies (AWS, ECS, MLOps, traditional and generative AI)
- Knowledge and experience of microservices, security, DevOps, CI/CD, and monitoring
- Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives, making informed trade-offs between speed, quality, and scalability
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive decisions across engineering, executive leadership, and external partners
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Responsibilities
- Define & Execute Product Strategy – Own and drive the roadmap for the Platform team and the AI team based on business goals, technical feasibility, and product team needs
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Platform & AI/ML – Translate technical requirements into user stories, prioritize features, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Lead Technical Discussions – Partner with engineering and AI teams to make architectural and system design trade-offs that align with scalability, performance, and security best practices
- Balance Cross-Product Team Needs – Work with other PMs and product team leads to prioritize work and align technical capabilities to the needs of other product teams
- Ensure Agile Execution – Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and roadmap execution using Agile methodologies
