IT Product Owner

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a product management role.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its sales and customer service functionalities.
Understanding of system architecture and data flows to support business processes.
Strong grasp of project and product management methodologies.

Partner with business leaders to define goals and objectives for the product.
Work closely with technology teams to design and implement solutions for prioritized initiatives.
Collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines.
Guide teams and project managers to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Identify and develop new product opportunities that align with organizational priorities.
Act as the primary point of contact for product stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement.
Oversee the execution of technology initiatives to meet business objectives.
Manage projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Ensure optimal return on investment by coordinating and delegating cross-functional initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators and adapt product strategy accordingly.
Address and resolve complex product-related challenges.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing product solutions.
