Requirements

Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process by assisting clients as they begin working with Luxury Presence
- Help organize and schedule client calls, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Communicate project timelines and next steps to both clients and internal teams
- Gather client materials and ensure all required assets are submitted on time
- Assist with tracking project progress and keeping clients informed throughout their onboarding journey
- Work closely with Onboarding Specialists to ensure a seamless transition into their new website and marketing platform
