Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in multimedia content creation, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • A major in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or Film.
  • Strong proficiency in video editing, photography, and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and Canva.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for crafting compelling product messaging.
  • Demonstrated experience developing sales enablement materials, including brochures, datasheets, presentations, and event collateral.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language suitable for our target audience.
  • Ability to independently manage projects from concept through execution, and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
  • Exceptional design sense, understanding of branding principles, and visual aesthetics.

Responsibilities

  • Perform competitive and market analysis to inform content strategy and improve marketing effectiveness for brand, dealer, and sales audiences.
  • Produce engaging video and photo content that effectively highlights our vehicles, features, and unique brand identity, utilizing a storytelling approach in both short and long formats.
  • Write and edit clear, persuasive product descriptions, benefit statements, marketing copy, and sales collateral, including brochures, datasheets, and presentations.
  • Design impactful marketing materials and digital assets for sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and events.
  • Manage and optimize multimedia content for various platforms, including web, social media, print, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to align messaging and content strategy with company goals.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to enhance content quality and broaden distribution.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, continuously evolving creative approaches to keep content fresh, engaging, and effective.
  • Travel to capture content and manage the engineering and film production teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, etc.) on campaign development, messaging, approvals, and goals.
  • Develop event-specific materials and branded giveaways to enhance our presence at trade shows and industry events.
  • Coordinate with dealers and external partners on developing and distributing marketing materials and retail packaging.
  • Contribute creative input during brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the automotive or EV industry is a significant plus, though not required.
