Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- 6 or more months of mechanical or production engineering experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or similar design tools.
- Strong problem solving skills and hands-on technical mindset.
- Willing to travel up to 30 percent as needed.
Responsibilities
- Improve manufacturing processes to boost safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues that impact throughput or product quality.
- Oversee equipment audits, upgrades, and overhauls to maintain optimal performance.
- Work with suppliers to design and validate new tooling, machinery, and production lines.
- Drive innovation through the design and implementation of advanced manufacturing solutions.
- Conduct training for team members on machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Evaluate new equipment to ensure it meets production, cost, and quality targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ovens or oxidizers is a plus.
