Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead AT&ES field data review process definition and execution including but not limited to defining necessary inputs to understand system performance, understanding customer installations, identifying customer interactions with system performance, recognizing precursors of poor performance, and automating identification of a suboptimal system.
  • Provide direction and engineering support for complex design and development technologies involving DEF delivery systems, software and customer interactions.
  • Work closely with AT&ES performance, performance component and design engineers to develop a robust product line that meets performance and quality targets. Actively engage in current product activities to ensure AT&ES targets are met.
  • Contribute to the technical leadership and decision-making process for the company’s emissions solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in fluids engineering, component design, and software control development through multiple New Technology Introduction (NTI) and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. Demonstrated achievement in product development excellence and project leadership.
  • Significant fluids engineering product and process knowledge.
  • Engine, Aftertreatment or Machine system performance development experience.
  • Field or validation data analysis experience.
  • Electrical component, software and controls experience.
