Senior Financial Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
5+ years of relevant Finance experience.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Experience with 3-statement modeling
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting package for executive leadership team and shareholders
Understand and communicate actual vs budget P&Ls to budget owners on a monthly basis; identify and investigate material variances; recommend appropriate course of actions to help achieve the financial targets
Assist the Department Head in managing and improving the annual budgeting process, working closely with department leaders to set realistic financial targets that are aligned with the organizational goals
Manage and improve bi-weekly cash projection
Create reports using BI tools such as Power BI and partner with the Digital Product team on improving data marts used for financial KPI reporting
Track, analyze, and report on internal KPIs to measure performance of various teams
Report on sales pipeline and forecasts
Calculate periodic sales commissions and annual bonuses
Create ad-hoc reports and financial modeling on as-needed basis
Work closely with the Accounting team to drive and enhance synergies between the two functions
