Work directly with senior management to resolve complex cases
Curate training and resources for employee relations
Partner with HR Business Partners and Legal Department to address employee relations matters
Lead internal workplace investigations
Design, facilitate, and coordinate training sessions on performance management, coaching, and feedback
Champion the implementation of a new ER case-management system
Drive adoption of the ER case-management system across HR
Help design an ER dashboard and report on metrics
Propose recommendations for enhancements based on insights
