Responsibilities
- Work directly with senior management to resolve complex cases
- Curate training and resources for employee relations
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Legal Department to address employee relations matters
- Lead internal workplace investigations
- Design, facilitate, and coordinate training sessions on performance management, coaching, and feedback
- Champion the implementation of a new ER case-management system
- Drive adoption of the ER case-management system across HR
- Help design an ER dashboard and report on metrics
- Propose recommendations for enhancements based on insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) certification preferred
