Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent digital experience in the Fashion Industry.
- 5+ years managing technology portfolios, preferably in the direct-to-consumer space.
- Ability to handle multiple idea assessment streams simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of technology trends and competitor activities, with a proven track record of leveraging solutions that impact the bottom line.
- Proficiency in appropriately presenting detailed information to a wide range of stakeholder levels.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to quantify benefits.
Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment of priorities across all regional and global DT teams related to the AMER priority roadmap and backlog.
- Partner closely with AMER platform functions (finance, SC, Omni Ops, logistics, legal, compliance, procurement) to determine the feasibility and interdependencies of roadmaps and initiatives.
- Manage the regional DT Demand Management process, including priority triage, approval, stakeholder updates, and highlighting needs.
- Drive visibility into the status of prioritized in-flight initiatives and the backlogged pipeline within the AMER region.
- Collaborate with Finance and involved functions to define and track the realization of investments.
- Ensure visibility and tracking of budget versus actuals across all AMER initiatives.
- Support the regional DT platform lead in keeping regional and global senior leadership updated on key priorities and roadmaps.
