Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field of study
- Minimum of five years of business-to-business sales or customer facing experience
- Must be willing to travel 30%-50% of the time in the United States and Mexico
Responsibilities
- Build strong personal relationships with customers and prospects at all levels of the organization.
- Responsible for the maintenance, sales growth, and profitability of current & future accounts.
- Develop and maintain account plans on how the accounts will achieve targets and identify specific actions to improve profits.
- Effectively manage all internal and external communication related to existing business and new business onboarding.
- Identify, understand and communicate customer, industry and end-user needs to the organization.
- Successfully manage complex selling situations using Strategic and Conceptual Selling principles to drive profitable growth.
- Develop new profitable business. Build and maintain an active opportunity pipeline.
- Participate in pricing and contract analysis, evaluations and negotiations.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and project timing.
- Complete administrative functions in a thorough, accurate and timely manner.
