Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
- A minimum of 10 years directly relevant work experience
- Knowledge of the apparel development process and systems from inception through production, including but not limited to construction, costing, manufacturing, print techniques, embroidery, materials and machinery.
- Experience and working knowledge of CLO/Browzwear/Lotta or 3D apparel development software is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and work across the organization.
- Experience managing a team is preferred.
- Ability to travel 10% (domestic and international)
Responsibilities
- Guide your team throughout the product creation process, lending your expertise while supervising progress and be a resource to your team
- Lead and influence calendar, manage overarching changes and exceptions
- Attend meetings with cross-functional partners and provide clear communication to guide the team through critical checkpoints
- Balance leading short-term target dates whilst supporting long-term strategy
- Actively encourage diversity, professional growth, inclusion and collaboration within the team and the larger apparel team
