Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills and the ability to provide a positive experience for internal or external partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects (JIRA project management experience preferred)
  • Ability to organize projects and advocate for Brand Image opportunities using a variety of tools including MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills; sound judgment and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
  • Thrives on new challenges with a strong desire to be organized
  • A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Operations, or similar role
  • Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience managing video production for internal and external creative teams
  • Experience operating camera, audio, and lighting equipment

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and manage video strategy for Customer Acquisitions, Employment Brand, Investor Relations and Third-Party Management: including gathering requirements, concepting, production, and delivery
  • Manage an ongoing production schedule for photo and video shoots
  • Work with internal and external creative teams to plan in-studio, and on-location shoots
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and obtain correct stakeholder approvals
  • Manage and execute creative video opportunities against departmental roadmaps aligning to short-term and long-term business needs
  • Produce video and photo content according to brand guidelines and departmental needs, including filming, editing, adding graphics and effects, and photography
  • Partner with brand and digital teams to strategize and develop creative campaigns for website, advertising, third-party management, employment brand, and partnerships
  • Maintain video brand compliance across organization
  • Assist in company content calendaring alignment and committee

Preferred Qualifications

  • JIRA project management experience preferred
