Coordinator – Campaign Initiatives and Engagement – University Advancement

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
• Relevant Experience (3 Years)

Responsibilities

• Serving as a central logistics coordinator for volunteer visits and other activities
• Coordinating and distributing briefing materials for volunteers
• Tracking and reporting campaign volunteer activity in ARCH (Advancement Relationship Constituent Hub), University Advancement’s Salesforce-based platform.
• Managing special projects with the Executive Director or Associate Vice Chancellor for CI&E.
• Becoming a skilled user of the ARCH campaign reporting dashboard, tracking and reporting on select campaign initiatives, facilities naming opportunities administration, and various special research tasks.
• Managing campaign resources for University Advancement through the UA intranet on SharePoint and the volunteer resources hub on WordPress.
• Collaborating with CI&E and UA partners to ensure that information remains current, organized, and user-friendly.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
