Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of project management experience, preferably in brand, digital, or marketing teams.
  • Experience managing website and digital projects, working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Asana for project management, with experience optimizing workflows and team collaboration.
  • A knack for keeping projects organized, on time, and on budget – without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Keep projects moving forward. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows to drive efficiency and accountability across brand and digital initiatives.
  • Support the execution of our website overhaul, ensuring a seamless process across content, design, development, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Manage brand implementation. Work across teams to ensure that brand elements are consistently applied across digital and marketing assets.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between creative, digital, and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and smooth execution of projects.
  • Anticipate roadblocks. Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, proactively problem-solving to keep projects on track.
  • Optimize processes and implement best practices for project management, improving visibility and collaboration across teams.
  • Support brand and digital initiatives. While the website is a priority, you’ll also manage projects related to brand campaigns, content updates, digital experiences, and marketing assets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, or external vendors is a plus.
  • Bonus: A background in writing, copyediting, or content creation, with a strong eye for detail and brand voice consistency.
