Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
Responsibilities
- Deliver store remodels, ensuring they’re done on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
- Collaborate with store associates to keep everything on track.
- Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for team members, including training and mentoring.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business or related field.
- 1 year’s experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Project Management – Management Professional Certification.
