Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- SAP ERP System.
- CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Maintain positive relationships with customers
- Accurately enter and process customer orders
- Ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped on time
- Resolve any order discrepancies or issues
- Assist sales team with administrative tasks
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations
- Coordinate sales meetings and events
- Monitor and track inventory levels
- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory counts
- Communicate any inventory shortages or overstocks
- Enter and maintain customer and product data in company database
- Update and maintain customer accounts and contact information
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Manage and organize sales documents and files
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for sales team
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills
- Mentor and train new sales support team members
