Responsibilities
- Dive into daily or weekly status reports, ensuring every number and detail is 100% accurate.
- Organize team meetings and produce contact reports with meticulous attention to detail.
- Take accurate meeting notes, capture action items, and transfer actions to the weekly status, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Execute and manage aspects of creative development and production of projects, ensuring all deliverables meet our high standards.
- Track revisions and feedback for each job, ensuring information is documented, communicated to team members, and actively reflected with precision.
- Learn and understand VML processes and more, becoming a master of our internal systems.
- Schedule, coordinate, and participate in key client meetings, contributing your insights and ensuring smooth communication.
- Assist with creating and editing business documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Assist in entry-level financial activities, such as drafting scopes, updating financial tracking documents, and preparing billing for review with a supervisor, maintaining impeccable records.
- Ensure collaboration sites are kept current, organized, and easily accessible.
- Research client business and project to ensure you understand the client’s business and purpose of each brief, becoming a true expert on their needs.
