Requirements
- Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with willingness to sit for a poly upon request
- High School Diploma required
- More than five years of experience as an Executive Server working with executives, senior personnel and dignitaries in fine dining scenarios
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- During food service, you will accommodate all guests and will be responsible for replenishing food, providing and refilling beverages, and removing dirty dishes from tables.
- Provide detailed information about the menu when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
- Ensure linens, silverware and glasses are properly set up.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- You will ensure the enjoyment of those being served, being attentive to their needs while respecting their privacy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Food safety training.
