Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Six (6) years relevant sales / Marketing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Broad Industrial knowledge
- Experience working with Customers, Go to Markets, Distributors, Wholesalers, eCommerce, etc.
- Proven experience in the generation and execution of Marketing Campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of target segments.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that effectively reach and engage target segments.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop segment-specific marketing materials, including brochures, emails, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets for assigned segments and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and report on the return on investment (ROI) of channel marketing activities.

- Experience in developing and executing channel marketing strategies and plans.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating marketing materials and presenting to partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
