Requirements
- 3+ years of experience providing account management support of day-to-day operations to meet customer SLAs
- 3+ years of experience providing Tier 1-2 Customer Support
- 3+ years of experience performing analysis on cloud-scale datasets to provide service engineers with insights needed to perform effective vulnerability remediation and proper configuration
- Must have a valid U.S. passport
Responsibilities
- Account management of day-to-day operations for onboarding new users, internal user base and user account life cycle
- Adding and removing users and granting permissions
- Engaging with appropriate stakeholders to identify and support focus areas to meet customer SLAs
- Account Provisioning/User Licensing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages
