Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience in marketing, public relations or internal communications in a financial services firm.
  • Strong writing and editing skills across multiple mediums including web, print and digital collateral, advertising, social media and announcements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively on multi-faceted and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communications, as well as strong presentation skills.
  • Desire to build understanding of the real estate investment management business.

Responsibilities

  • Define and design executive and internal communications in alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop strategy and content of Co-CEO communications and messaging, including agendas and content for Global Town Hall Meetings.
  • Develop messaging for Global COO Team supporting high priority initiatives, including Investments, Data, Technology & Platform initiatives.
  • Utilize various formats to enhance and optimize communications: written, video, podcast, etc. Explore innovative channels to enhance communications.
  • Develop internal messaging to support a consistent understanding of our platform.
  • Partner with DEI team to communicate DEI initiatives, both in terms of articulating our strategy and approach more broadly and positioning our efforts.
  • Support Regional Business Head Communications based on organizational impact and audience, where possible.
  • Design and implement approach for internal promotion of external communications (PR, Social Media, Industry Publications) in conjunction with PGIM Communications and PPA Marketing Teams.
  • Drive strategic approach and messaging related to Change Management initiatives.
  • Draft Internal Organizational Announcements and other organization-wide communication in conjunction with PGIM Communications and PPA Marketing.
  • Develop relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders to understand their priorities and deliver communications congruent with their voices and styles.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of PGIM Real Estate’s business and strategic initiatives and draw on that knowledge to shape organizational communications and drive a common narrative.
  • If capacity allows, ability to work on high priority programs and initiatives supported by the Business Management team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree
  • Experience in Real Estate Investment Management or Financial Services
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and impeccable judgment for handling sensitive information.
  • Requires a team player capable of building partnerships and influencing across all organizational levels, with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.
  • Must be a high-energy self-starter with enthusiasm, initiative, technological savvy, and a proactive approach to learning and enhancing communication through innovative channels.
