Requirements
- A strong work ethic, teamwork and can-do attitude
- At least 5 years experience as a Presales Engineer
- 3+ years of experience with sales processes, channel ecosystems, and partner enablement best practices
- Experience working in industrial environments with direct exposure to industrial safety, operations, and equipment maintenance programs, strongly preferred.
- A certificate or demonstrated experience in Data Science or Machine Learning
- Experience with computer vision or vision-based AI modeling, strongly preferred.
- At least 3 years demonstrated experience with Python and familiar with Jupyter Notebooks, Pandas, and other libraries to visualize and model data using cloud-based VMs (Google, Azure, AWS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening and documentation skills, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Demonstrated leadership in coordinating and driving cross-functional efforts.
- Flexibility to travel 40% or as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide an overview of the Avathon Industrial AI platform, through customer presentations and demos, to customers.
- Respond to customer questions related to the product features, business use cases, customer case studies, technical and integration architecture, deployment prerequisites and deployment methodology among others.
- Define scope and write customer proposals and respond to customer RFPs.
- Leverage customer data and environment to conduct tailored demos and POCs to showcase the value of the Avathon Industrial AI platform. This will involve a concise and on-time communication of status updates, issues, potential solutions, owners, target dates.
- Troubleshoot any business or technical issues and work with sales to continue moving the process forward and execute an efficient sales cycle.
- Establish a close relationship with customer personnel by listening effectively to their business and technical requirements, mapping those requirements to the Avathon Industrial AI platform, identifying and addressing any gaps, and building confidence in the mid of the customer related to the value of the Avathon product.
- Work with the channel partners and sales teams on the opportunity to develop a clear close plan for the deal including the detailed activities, owners, dates, issue, and risk management.
- Work closely with channel partners and sales teams to achieve assigned quarterly & annual bookings targets.
- Ensure partners have the tools, support and enablement needed to successfully sell and market products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in industrial environments with direct exposure to industrial safety, operations, and equipment maintenance programs, strongly preferred.
- Experience with computer vision or vision-based AI modeling, strongly preferred.
