Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification is a plus
  • 3+ years of HR experience at a Commercial Software company. Healthcare highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, payroll compliance, recruiting, and benefits administration
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). UKG (HRIS) and Lever (ATS) experience is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Highly proficient in using Office 365
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete in a timely manner

Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll using an HRIS system for a growing tech team
  • Assist with accurate payroll reporting, tax compliance, and deductions
  • Assist with administering and managing employee benefits programs, including health, vision, dental, 401(k), and wellness initiatives
  • Act as a point of contact for employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries
  • Support annual open enrollment and coordinate with benefit providers
  • Assist with creating and updating HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with payroll and benefits auditing for accuracy
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
  • Create job postings and utilize LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and other tech recruiting platforms to source top talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate evaluations
  • Conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate pipelines
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Attend career fairs and campus recruitment efforts to increase qualified candidate pool and branding awareness
  • Own and manage recruitment projects
  • Retain and update candidate pipeline reporting
  • Maintain and update HRIS and employee records with accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.) and company policies
  • Assist in organizing company events, wellness programs, and training initiatives
  • Participate in the training and/or mentoring programs as assigned or required
  • Adheres to the Quest Analytics Values and supports a positive company culture
  • Responds to the needs and requests of clients and Quest Analytics management and staff in a professional and expedient manner
