Requirements
- Ph.D. in plant molecular genetics, plant physiology, or related field of plant biology
- Experience in plant molecular methods, genetic and epigenetic analysis
- Use of web-based and wet-lab genomic tools for gene expression, DNA methylation, and chromatin analysis
- Familiarity with recombinant protein purification methods
- Working knowledge of various bioinformatics tools for high throughput data analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
Responsibilities
- Perform research
- Compile research findings into peer-reviewed journal publications
- Characterization of next generation sequencing data obtained from bisulfite-seq and ChIP-seq
