Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Product Development team members to help with the successful product launches of new and cutting-edge products
  • Aiding Product Developers with maintaining their businesses through collaboration with Brand Marketing and Creative teams on updates to product packaging, instruction guides, and more
  • Tracking the competitive landscape and providing analysis for areas of opportunity
  • Owning item (SKU) creation and accessory development for Domestic & International product launches
  • Coordination and execution of consumer research activities with internal and external testers in collaboration with the Consumer Insights team
  • Tracking findings and action items from consumer research and product reviews
  • Conducting ad-hoc analytical deep dives into consumer reviews – both Ninja products and competitors – to understand the consumer’s point of view
  • Aiding Product Developers with technical needs through connects with engineering teams based in London, critical touchpoint analysis of prototypes, prints, and engineering builds
  • Coordinating and executing consumer testing with touchpoint prints and prototypes to evaluate acceptability or preference and report-out of findings to the team
  • KPI testing/product definition/spec setting – in partnership with Sensory/NPD/R&D/Testing team members
  • JIRA ticket creation and updating
  • Sample management and coordination for retailer meeting needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have completed at least one prior Internship or Co-op in an engineering, product development or consumer products role
  • Recent Grads encouraged to apply
  • Great communication skills
  • Self-starter, energetic, keen to learn
  • Flexible in approach
  • Presentation skills – must be proficient with Powerpoint and comfortable developing and presenting to large groups either in person or over Teams
  • Familiarity and working level skills with MS Project (or similar), Excel, Powerpoint
