Act as the CEO’s strategic partner, designing and implementing scalable frameworks that eliminate inefficiencies and optimize team workflows to align with long-term goals
Dive into organizational gaps, uncover inefficiencies, and build repeatable systems that create order and accelerate decision-making across the leadership team
Own the management of company-wide meetings, agenda, and follow-ups, ensuring discussions are purposeful and actionable
Design systems and processes that improve efficiency, foster transparency, and can be handed off to teams for long-term success before moving on to the next high-priority project
Coordinate across Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Finance teams to align initiatives with strategic priorities, ensuring seamless communication and execution
Use automation, AI tools, and metrics to inform decisions, track progress, and ensure every operational improvement contributes to organizational goals
