Requirements
- Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years
- Minimum Degree Status: Graduate Degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited graduate degree program through Fall 2024 and graduate by Summer 2025)

Responsibilities
- Own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success.
- Support day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders.
- Prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives.
- Lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure quality deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, MHA, MA, MS or similar degree with degree concentrations in Health Administration, Health Informatics, Health Management, Medicine, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant Studies or similar is preferred
- Previous consulting experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Business Analytics software Access, SAS or R, and/or SQL
- Strong knowledge of and application of healthcare research resources
- Understanding of market/financial analysis in context of healthcare provider needs
- Strong quantitative and organizational skills
- Must be able to demonstrate written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Excellent quantitative analysis skills
- Facility with and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to translate data into graphic or visual representations
- Heavy travel (east coast to west coast) may be required, depending on client assignment
