Ariba Engineer

5 – 7 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and management.
Strong understanding of SAP Ariba modules and functionalities; experience with integrations between SAP Ariba and other ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier management best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) is preferred.

Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP Ariba modules, including Procurement, Contract Management, Supplier Management, and Invoice Management.
Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Analyze and optimize procurement and supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using SAP Ariba.
Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SAP Ariba systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, IT, and external stakeholders, to understand business needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to SAP Ariba configurations, workflows, and best practices.
Identify and resolve issues related to SAP Ariba functionalities and integrations in a timely manner.
Keep abreast of the latest developments in SAP Ariba and procurement technologies, recommending improvements to existing processes and systems.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) is preferred.
