Requirements
- have a bachelor’s or equivalent degree
- have excellent language skills in English
- have a willingness to commit to our customers and maintain close relationships
- have a customer-oriented mentality and an affinity for digital solutions
- have strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented attitude
- have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and grasp complex problems quickly
- have experience dealing with customers as an Account Manager and SaaS customer success management
Responsibilities
- advise and inspire our customers and accompany them throughout the entire customer life cycle
- build a deep understanding and expertise for the vivenu platform
- plan and implement strategic projects with your customers
- anticipate the wishes and needs of your customers and respond to them
- organize workshops and other events to further strengthen customer loyalty
- collaborate across teams on the further development of the vivenu platform and provide direct customer feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- have experience with entertainment or sports ticketing (highly preferred)
