Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or a related role.
- Proven track record of growing brand awareness and engagement through organic social strategies.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience crafting engaging social content.
- Familiarity with performance analytics and the ability to leverage data for content optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the vision for Roam’s organic social media program, leveraging data and insights to engage and grow our audience.
- Oversee the production of multi-channel content (TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, Blog) ensuring a consistent brand voice and engaging storytelling.
- Guide creators and partners through succinct creative briefs, and communicate complex topics in clear language tailored for different audiences.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, design, and agency partners to align content with new product launches, campaigns, sales motions, etc.
- Keep a daily pulse on macroeconomic, real estate and mortgage category trends, and leverage insights to drive new conversations online.
- Track social media performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategy to maximize engagement, iterating swiftly to reach audiences effectively.
- Act as the brand’s voice on social platforms, fostering relationships with audiences and influencers, and moderate online communities as needed.
- Stay on top of industry trends and test new formats, platforms, and approaches to drive growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, fintech, or a startup environment is a plus.
