Requirements
- Ability to plan and execute complex technical work for go to market, proactive and analytical projects under the direction of technical leaders
- Ability to provide key technical support to project teams and lead small scope projects internally or externally
- Legacy of technical creativity to develop technical insight and recommendations
- Experience in development of new innovations in Home care and Air Care categories
- Ability to design & conduct complex technical work in the area of air care and home care applications
- Ability to define critical partnerships with external suppliers
- Ability to drive IP Strategy for focused initiatives
- Ability to consult management to obtain appropriate resource or expertise
- Ability to execute the relevant parts of the project within the given timelines
- Awareness of new trends in base formulation due to innovation, regulatory or convenience
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute complex technical work for go to market, proactive and analytical projects under the direction of technical leaders
- Provide key technical support to project teams and has the ability to lead small scope projects internally or externally
- Develop new innovations in Home care and Air Care categories
- Collaborate with R&D and other departments to understand performance technology and introduce new products to the global creative teams
- Design & conduct complex technical work in the area of air care and home care applications
- Define critical partnerships with external suppliers to support key programs and initiatives
- Drive IP Strategy for focused initiatives to maximize IFF competitive position
- Visit customers with other team members to listen to issues & give input on possible solutions
- Suggest & implement ways to improve current processes or methodologies to reduce time, cost or increase performance
- Provide Senior management with clear updates on various initiatives
- Liaise with various internal cross functional and cross-divisional colleagues and external collaborators
- Foster a collaborative mindset and build a relationship of trust with other fragrance functions
