Requirements
- A CURRENT and ACTIVE SECRET security clearance
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- FIFTEEN (15) or more years’ relevant experience supporting delivery, growth, sales, consulting, and/or professional services
- Proven experience leading teams and growing a federal portfolio
- Proven experience engaging with senior leaders within the federal government
- Strong communications acumen in support of client engagement and briefing
- Experience translating policy into programmatic actions
- Knowledge of Defense Industry missions and initiatives
Responsibilities
- Engaging with senior executives to analyze and understand business initiatives
- Develop and grow a business portfolio supporting key policy and mission deliveries
- Manage and support industry leaders
- Engage with internal and external partners to develop collaborative environments in support of deliverables
- Foster external relationships and brand awareness across industries
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree or higher
- Experience in a large consultancy or federal contracting firm
