Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT program/project management
• Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale IT transformation programs
• Strong experience in cloud technologies (AWS & Azure)
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience handling risk management, budgeting, and resource planning
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or PMI-ACP are a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large-scale IT programs from inception to completion
• Collaborate with Business and IT leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Drive strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring program resiliency and success
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring best practices are followed
• Network Modernization – Upgrading infrastructure for enhanced performance and security
• PBX Implementation – Managing the transition to an advanced telephony system
• Cloud Landing Zones Setup & Management (AWS & Azure) – Establishing and managing secure cloud environments
• Azure Resiliency Enhancement – Supporting the migration of 30+ applications to Azure while addressing resiliency challenges in the current setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or PMI-ACP are a plus
