Requirements
- 2+ years of managing a Sales Development Team with a track record of success in producing high performing teams
- Ability to learn and become an expert quickly, on both our product and how prospects/customers use AI code generation to have real, quantifiable impacts on their business
- Team player – We value simplifiers, not complexifiers
- Self-starter – Hunger to dream up, plan, and execute tasks independently
- Interface with prospects to explain Codeium and its technology
Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and enable a team of high performing SDRs (supporting Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives)
- Manage and improve process, SOPs, and help build on the foundation we’ve created
- Enable and educate your team to discover and understand the business objectives of our customers, and engage with key stakeholders via cold outreach, email, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate and support internal partners in generating new business opportunities and progressing them forward
- Support SDRs to consistently deliver on monthly meeting targets and drive success via outbound, multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions
Preferred Qualifications
- familiarity or experience with Saas, infrastructure, or AI-powered developer tools (ex: Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
