Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.
- Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
- Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.
- Solid communication, presentation and project management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and creative agencies.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Partners with internal teams to develop campaign strategy and plans. Ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals. Engaged in implementing test strategies, developing campaign schedules, business as usual (BAU) auditing, and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues. Assesses for impacts and potential need for additional testing to ensure overall channel integrity.
- Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns/initiatives that drive greater customer engagement.
- Make decisions and recommendations based on analytics and experience evaluating competitive analysis.
- Identify and manage issues to resolution.
- Manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
