Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- 5+ years of experience with common IT technologies
- Understanding of SOX and ITGC compliance
- Understanding of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK)
- Exceptional documentation skills with an emphasis on business requirements and process flows
- Expertise in translating business needs to technical work across critical business processes (e.g., Identity Management, data integration, security protocols) with an emphasis on the IT technology stack
- Expertise in executing the strategy, planning, development, and deployment of technical solutions across enterprise technology solutions
- Experience with common all enterprise technologies (Microsoft, NetSuite, Concur, Coupa, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience with data mapping and integration
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong business acumen
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Develop and present detailed business cases and project proposals to support decision-making processes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor solutions that enhance business performance
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process maps, workflow diagrams, and project reports
- Ability to write comprehensive use cases/test cases and help guide stakeholders through user acceptance testing
- Create and present current, transition, and future state architectural diagrams to internal and external stakeholders
- Some light project management
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of common SDLC frameworks (preferred)
- Utilize data analytics tools to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision making (preferred)
- Experience with Agile methodologies (preferred)
- Experience with Jira (preferred)
- A CCBA or CBAP certification is a plus
