Requirements
- 2-5 years Stop-loss/Self-funded Health Insurance Plan experience
- Renewal process experience
- 2-5 years Client Management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to successfully establish and maintain relationships with internal business partners (underwriting, sales, operations, business analytics, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external business partners
- Exhibit consistency in follow through on outstanding items to point of resolution
- Demonstrate accuracy in information shared internally and externally
- Ability to participate and/or successfully host client meetings as appropriate
- Demonstrate adherence to PHI and HIPPA policies
- Health/Life Major Lines Producer License (or must obtain post-hire within 90 days)
Responsibilities
- Relationship management/Consultative services
- Prepare and issue renewal proposal
- Confirm sold proposal and plan changes
- Ensure client is up to date with compliance requirements
- Salesforce management
- Virtual open enrollment meetings
- Attend implementation calls
- Stop Loss & Ad-hoc reporting
- Point solution upsell
- May require travel to offsite locations for in-person meetings.
