Requirements
- Senior management experience in a digital marketing, advertising, product development, or consulting discipline.
- Lead and influenced client engagements.
- In-depth understanding of consumer behavior, customer relationship management, product lifecycle management, and digital marketing.
- Expertise in building strong senior level client relationships across marketing, customer experience innovation design, technology procurement and finance.
- Passion for new technologies and digital products.
- Proven experience managing a sizeable business unit, profitably.
- Understanding of product development process.
- Experience with waterfall and agile project methodologies.
- Appreciation for the craft of digital production.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to successfully drive and deliver new and organic business.
- Superb organizational, written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to react quickly to assess and implement solutions.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Strong collaboration skills to manage complex teams and client relations across organizations.
Responsibilities
- Build strong teams and processes to service and grow the business in a dynamic and disrupted vertical.
- Actively learn the client’s business, competitive threats, and opportunities to immerse yourself in the financial vertical.
- Create an interactive environment that produces excellent work for agency and client.
- Be an inspired leader who sets context and tone.
- Play equal parts agency champion and client advocate, including balancing client and agency needs.
- Ensure effective communication and promote collaboration.
- Develop and nurture senior client relationships.
- Manage agency performance by understanding and diagnosing challenges, learning capabilities, and closing gaps.
- Lead and deliver on the account plan, targets, and business objectives.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure account is well managed to assess opportunities to improve profitability.
- Ensure account activity is contributing to agency’s growth, including capability development, knowledge sharing, best practices, succession planning, and case studies.
- Adhere to and advocate for agency values and guidelines.
