Responsibilities
- collaborate closely with our Sales Team and Customer Experience team to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how vivenu’s solutions can meet their needs
- act as a point of contact for clients, understanding their challenges and requirements to offer tailored solutions
- leverage your deep technical knowledge to adapt our platform
- provide training and continuous support to clients
- work alongside our product, sales, and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to the platform’s continuous evolution based on client feedback
