Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, project management or relevant experience, with a focus on KPI management, resource planning, and process improvement.
- Proven track record of leading successful continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing organizational productivity.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement an operating rhythm to monitor and achieve KPIs across the cost analysis, project management, and scheduling functions.
- Align KPIs with the objectives of the HDNU Projects Center of Excellence to promote a performance-focused environment.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of detailed portfolio-level reports to provide insights into project execution performance and operational efficiency.
- Manage the PCOE resource capacity plan to ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources across projects.
- Collaborate with the global department leaders to forecast and adjust resource requirements to meet global project execution requirements.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and increase efficiency within the team.
- Encourage a culture of innovation, soliciting ideas from team members for process enhancements.
- Using lean principles drive initiatives to boost organizational productivity by optimizing resource allocation and minimizing inefficiencies.
- Work with key-functional teams to adopt best practices and streamline project execution.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, offering regular updates and insights on operational progress and challenges.
