Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a shop or maintenance facility management role, with a proven track record of leading teams
- Experience working in the trucking, logistics, or automotive industries is a huge plus
- Ability to troubleshoot challenges and find creative solutions to keep operations running smoothly
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage inventory, and streamline workflows efficiently
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with technicians, leadership, and external vendors
- Commitment to ensuring that all work is performed safely and in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Responsibilities
- Provide direction and support to our team of technicians, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards
- Manage workflows, assign tasks, and ensure all maintenance, repairs, and servicing are completed on time
- Keep track of parts, tools, and facility supplies, ensuring we have everything needed to keep our fleet running
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by enforcing policies and procedures
- Continuously improve shop processes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
- Work closely with suppliers and partners to ensure timely procurement of materials and services
- Ensure the Odessa facility remains in top condition, coordinating maintenance and improvements as needed
