Responsibilities
- Oversee and facilitate the daily operations for two hotel-style properties in the San Francisco market.
- Provide a 5-star stay experience for Kasa guests, including responding to inquiries and handling issues in partnership with Kasa remote teams.
- Ensure properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained, including common areas and individual units to Kasa brand standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, manage work orders, and coach on-site vendors.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize key objectives.
- Drive quality outcomes through increased guest satisfaction and company metrics.
- Drive cost efficiencies at the property level.
- Prioritize tasks that drive operational efficiency and productivity.
