System Hardware Analyst III Information Services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Five to seven years of previous work related experience

Responsibilities

• Acts as a point of contact for all system related client outages and issues
• Provides assistance for managed services, on-premium hosted services, and systems administration
• Provides and maintains security programs/applications to protect confidential management data and communications
• Provides technical assistance, design and implement improved methods and tools for troubleshooting
• Maintains system performance as it relates to the current environment
• Monitors system during day-to-day operations and investigates any deviation from baseline data
• Understands, evaluates and translates objectives into system requirements
• Develops evaluation criteria to define and quantify system performance
• Determines approach for systems’ implementation and ensure the integration of all systems’ components: procedures, policies, software, hardware and database
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of programming and hardware systems, peripheral products, conversion techniques, configuration techniques, and performance enhancement methods
• Proficient in project management, manage enterprise-wide initiatives
• Communicates effectively in both oral and written forms
• Explains technical concepts to individuals and technical groups
• Performs other job related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or major in Computer Science
• Knowledge of Operating Systems: Windows 2007 and above, Linux, Mac, UNIX
• Knowledge of Programming Languages: JavaScript, PHP, Python, C#, VBA, Shell Scripting etc.
• Knowledge of Applications: MS Office, Exchange, MS Teams, Zoom, Epic, ServiceNow, Infoblox, Cisco Unified, Jamf, Grand Control, Imprivata
• Knowledge of Networking: TCP/IP, Wireless, WAN, SMTP etc.
