3-5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field.
Healthcare communications experience is required (agency or in-house).
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex topics into compelling narratives.
Experience with media monitoring tools (e.g., Meltwater, Muck Rack) and developing media reports.
Knowledge of the healthcare landscape, industry trends, and media landscape.
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent organizational skills.
Collaborative team player with a proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Google products (Gmail, Slides, Sheets); experience with project management tools is a plus.

Maintain and update media lists, identifying key journalists and publications for targeted outreach.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights to inform storytelling and strategy.
Manage company social media channels, creating engaging content, monitoring performance, and staying current with platform trends.
Assist in developing compelling story ideas, drafting press materials, talking points, and media pitches.
Contribute to messaging frameworks, FAQs, and thought leadership content that supports key initiatives.
Draft and support the creation of press releases, award applications, and speaking proposals.
Manage a calendar of media, award, and speaking opportunities, ensuring deadlines are met.
Support performance analysis through media monitoring reports, tracking impact and engagement.
Continuously research healthcare trends, media landscape shifts, and opportunities to elevate brand visibility.
