Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 10+ years of relevant experience.
- An active TS/SCI with Poly is required to be considered for this position.
- Background in, and an understanding of development of requirements, CONOPS, architectures, and other systems engineering artifacts.
- Experience in designing, developing, and delivering organizational change management strategies and solutions for digital engineering transformation initiatives.
- The candidate should have demonstrated experience with SysML, UML or industry standard modelling languages. Experience with UAFP is desired.
- Experience with leading actionable and targeted digital engineering transformation plans (e.g., communications, training, sponsor roadmap, coaching, resistance management).
- Ability to collaborate closely with teammates and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Engineering Transformation efforts across an enterprise environment.
- Coordinate and collaborate with directorates and offices across the Customer to transform space and intelligence enterprise to digital engineering practices and approaches.
- Develop MBSE-based processes to support corporate systems engineering needs.
- Provides technical advice and guidance to senior managers regarding the creation and implementation of new MBSE methods and techniques.
- Assesses engineering artifacts and develops models of systems and processes using a MBSE tools.
- Participate in collaborative meetings between the MBSE users and the tool development team to communicate modeling needs and help innovate potential solutions.
- Define and demonstrate data standards and technologies required to manage the data needs and coordinate with teams supporting enterprise MBSE tool maintenance and integration to ensure solutions meet the needs of new modeling standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- OCSMP Certification Level 1 or higher desired (with ability to complete OCSMP Level 2 or higher).
- OCSMP Certification Level 3 desired.
- Previous experience within the intelligence community.
- Ability to present and lead enterprise-wide transformation efforts.
