Requirements

  • 3+ years of benefits administration experience
  • Solid understanding of benefit plan(s) principles, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA and other domestic regulations related to benefits
  • Proficiency in Workday highly
  • Strong MS Office skills (Strong Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with team members and business colleagues in the delivery of benefit initiatives as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure full adherence to government regulations and plan provisions, conducting audits, non-discrimination testing, required filings, and ACA reporting to maintain compliance across all benefit plans.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop, promote, and distribute clear and timely benefits communications, ensuring employees are informed about available offerings and changes.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and day-to-day management of comprehensive U.S. benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, life insurance, disability, COBRA, and other perks.
  • Manage data integration and work closely with benefits vendors to resolve enrollment issues and improve operational processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify data integrity between Workday, payroll, and benefits carriers, resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Acts as the primary backup and support in the administration of the company’s leave of absence program and accommodations, ensuring compliance and timely processing of requests.
  • Acts as the primary backup in benefits billing by reconciling invoices, creating purchase orders, and processing payments, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
